Plans, limits, and billing

Your plan sets how many Radars you can run at once, how many searches each Radar can watch, and which marketplaces they can use. The important detail is that the limit counts active Radars only — pausing one frees a slot straight away, and you can keep as many paused Radars as you want. Current plan numbers are on the pricing page.

The active-Radar limit

This trips people up, so it is worth stating plainly: your plan limits how many Radars can be running, not how many can exist.

That means:

• Pausing a Radar frees its slot immediately, for another Radar to use.
• Paused Radars keep everything — prompt, territory, settings, and every Ping they have already found.
• You can keep an archive of paused Radars for categories you hunt occasionally, and rotate whichever ones are relevant this month.

If you try to create or resume a Radar with no slot free, BigFlippa tells you the active Radar limit is reached and asks you to pause or delete another one first. Nothing is lost — you just have to choose what runs.

Rotating Radars is a genuinely good way to work. A Radar for patio furniture in June and one for snowblowers in November do not need to be running at the same time.

What a plan controls

Three things vary by plan:

• How many Radars can run at once.
• How many searches each Radar can watch — the derived searches you confirm on the Review step when creating a Radar.
• Which marketplaces your Radars can use.

The free trial

New customers get a 7-day free trial. A card is collected when you sign up, and billing starts when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Promotional codes are accepted at checkout.

The trial is for first-time customers. If you have subscribed before, a new subscription bills immediately rather than starting another trial.

Use the trial properly: create a Radar on day one, not day six. The whole point is to find out whether your prompt and territory produce the kind of listings you want, and that takes a few days of real results to judge.

Without an active subscription

Radars only scan while your subscription is active or in its trial. Without one:

• Nothing scans, and no alerts are sent.
• The app prompts you to choose a plan before you can use it.
• Nothing is deleted. Your account, your Radars, and your Saved Pings are all still there, and starting a plan again brings them straight back.

Pausing, resuming, and deleting

All three are available from the ⋮ menu next to a Radar in your dashboard, and from the Radar’s own page.

• Pause — stops the Radar scanning and frees its slot. Everything is kept. This is the reversible option, and it is almost always the right one.
• Resume — starts it scanning again, if you have a free slot.
• Delete — permanent. Deleting a Radar removes it and its Saved Pings, and cannot be undone. You will be asked to confirm.

If you are not certain, pause. There is no cost to keeping a paused Radar around, and no way to get a deleted one back.

Billing and cancellation

Go to Account, then the Plan and Billing tab. It shows your current plan and when you started it, and Manage plan opens the billing portal.

Everything to do with money happens there — changing plans, updating your card, viewing invoices, and cancelling. There is no separate in-app cancel button; the portal is the single place for all of it.
